By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

• Appointments are currently available only within Bangalore city limits.

• Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

• Appointments are assigned based on availability; specific tailor requests are currently not supported.

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, etc.). You will be notified in such cases.

2. Measurement & Fittings

• Measurements are taken during an in-person home visit by our trained professionals.

• A trial fitting will be scheduled once your garment is ready. Final adjustments (if any) will be made before delivery.

• Any major changes in body size post-measurement may affect fit and may incur additional charges.

3. Custom Orders & Fabric Use

• You may choose to use our fabric collection or your own.

• For client-provided fabric, we are not liable for issues related to fabric quality, shrinkage, or pre-treatment.

• All custom designs and styling inputs are finalized in consultation and cannot be altered after production begins.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing varies based on garment type, fabric selection, and styling details.

• Full or 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings involving fabric procurement.

• For tailoring using client’s fabric, full payment may be made upon delivery via cash, card, UPI, or online.

• Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a ₹500 rescheduling fee.

• No refunds are issued for custom garments once the tailoring process has started.

• If we are unable to complete your garment due to internal reasons, a full refund will be processed.

6. Delivery & Alterations

• Delivery is included for all orders post final trial and approval.

• We offer one free round of alterations (within 7 days of delivery). Additional alterations may be charged.

• Alterations are only available for garments originally made by us.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and imagery on this website are the intellectual property of [Your Brand Name]. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

9. Governing Law
